Bombay Spiced Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. boil potatoes in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. fry oil, garlic, and spices into a large frying pan for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes to the spicy oil and stir fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes
  4. Drizzle with lime juice and salt to taste

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes
