Mexican Salsa

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove and discard stems, seeds, and membranes from peppers. Peel and quarter onion
  2. Finely chop peppers and cilantro in a food processor. Squeeze lime juice into the mixture and discard lime. Add salt to the mixture.
  3. Core and quarter tomatoes and add to food processor along with onions. Coarsely process. Transfer to serving dish and serve within 2 hours.

Yields 2 cups
